Insights
The Insights module is your gateway to exploring data and gaining valuable insights. Here is how to navigate within the Insights module
- Click on the Insights module in the Infoveave menu.
- Inside the Insights module, you will find My Organization and My Workspace sections.
- Select the desired section and folder to proceed.
- Within the folder, you can locate your Infoboards, Reports, and Lists options.
- To create a new Infoboard, click on Create Infoboard.
- Utilize the search bar to find specific Infoboards, Reports, or Lists.
Analysis
The Analysis module is tailored for advanced data analysis. Here is how to navigate within the Analysis module
- Click on the Analysis module in the Infoveave menu.
- Inside the Analysis module, you will find sections like What-If Formulae, What-If Analysis, ML Modeller, and SciPyR.

Automation

Data Apps
Automation allows you to automate the process of workflow creation and scheduling, along with the option to chain the activities. You can also set up the targets, thresholds and alerts on workflows and devices with a tracking option to check the variations from the original. Data Quality
Infoveave Data Quality provides various checks to ensure data integrity, including Range check (validating numerical values within a predefined range), Regex check (ensuring values match specific patterns), and Not-null check (ensuring required fields are filled). Other checks include Custom SQL check, Recency check, Distinct check (for unique records), and Unique check (for unique column values). It also offers Starts with and Ends with checks, Length check, Lookup check, and Lookup static values check to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Data Governance
Infoveave Data Governance helps organize and manage data through domains, tags, and tiers. Domains categorize data, tiers prioritize it based on sensitivity, and tags allow flexible labeling for easier filtering and analysis, enabling efficient data management and decision-making.
Studio
The Studio module empowers you to design and create various data-related elements. Here is how to navigate within the Studio module

Notifications
The notification section in Infoveave provides easy access to important information and updates. You are alerted about successes and failures in Infoveave via the notification symbol. The notification icon lists all completed activities successes and failures. From here, you can examine the error information and manually remove the older messages.
Navigating to the notifications
- Click on the Notification Icon, to view all notification.
- Click on Search bar to search for notifications.
- Click on View button, to see the notification details.
- Use the Delete option, to delete any notification.
- Click on the icon to refresh the notification .
- If a notification includes a report that you want to download, click on Download to retrieve the file.
- Click Disable Notification Popup if you want to disable the notifications for the current session. Once you logout and login again, you will see the notifications again.
Help
Infoveave online help is a valuable and accessible resource that provides assistance, guidance, and information on Infoveave modules. It offers step-by-step guides to navigate and use Infoveave effectively. You can also use it to access help documentation for various modules within the platform.

- To find help documentation related to the specific section you are currently using, click on Show Help .This action will provide you with context-specific assistance tailored to your current location within the platform.
- To explore help across modules, simply click on Show Help icon and navigate to the other pages.
Infoveave Help is your go-to resource for on-demand assistance and information. Whether you need guidance on the section you are in or want to explore help articles across various modules, this ensures that you have access to valuable documentation to enhance your Infoveave experience.
Catalogues
Infoveave’s Catalogues feature provides a convenient and organized way to access detailed information about your Infoveave assets like Datasources, Infoboards, Reports, Lists, Workflows, NGauge forms, Alerts, or What-If Analysis resources.
Step-by-step overview of how to use Infoveave Catalogues effectively
- Click on Catalogues .
- Select from the available option of Datasources, Infoboards, Reports, Lists, Workflows, NGauge Forms, Alerts, or What-If Analysis.
- Use the Alphabetical Navigation to navigate to the required Infoboard.
- Click on the selected Infoboard for added Information, Details, Related Infoboards, Related Datasources, and Related Workflow.
- To edit the description on the Infoboard click on Edit icon.
- To open your Infoboard in new window click on the Open New Window icon.
- Click on the Play icon to navigate to the selected asset (Infoboard).
- To download the list of all Infoboards with details on the Entity-Id, Name, Description, Content, Tags, and Folder, click on Export.
- To update the Description, Content, and Tags, click on Import.
- Click on Upload Data, to upload the file with the updated details to Infoveave.
Workflow Execution Status
The Workflow Execution Status in Infoveave is your go-to resource for monitoring and staying updated on the status of various workflows within the platform. It provides valuable insights into the status of workflows, like success, failure, or currently in progress.
Concise overview of how to access and utilize Workflow Execution Status
- To access the Workflow Execution Status, click on the Workflow Execution Status icon within the Infoveave interface.
You can find the Workflow Execution Status in the Infoveave notification panel.
- Apply date filters to effectively sort and manage workflows.
These filters enable you to organize workflows based on criteria like workflow name and scheduled execution time.
- To switch to the Gantt Chart view, click on the Gantt chart icons, in the Change View option.
- For an ongoing workflow, you can force stop it by following these steps
Click on the required workflow status in the Gantt chart.
Click on the stop button to force stop the workflow.
- For a failed workflow, you can rerun the workflow instance by following these steps Click on the required failed workflow in the Gantt chart. Click on the edit icon to make changes. Specify the reason for the failure from the list. Click on the rerun button to initiate the workflow instance with the specified reason.
- Click twice on the required workflow to navigate to the Workflow Instance History.
- To edit the specific workflow, click on the Edit icon , on the top right corner of the screen.
- To run the workflow again, click on the Run icon , on the top right corner of the screen.
Profile
The Profile section in Infoveave allows you to manage your personal account settings and access important information. It allows you to update your profile, enhance security, review version history, or manage your password.
Edit Profile Picture
The Edit Profile Picture feature in Infoveave allows you to personalize your profiles by uploading or changing the profile picture.
Steps to upload your user picture
- Go to your profile settings and the edit profile section.
- Click on the Edit Profile Picture.
- Select the image file from your computer or device.
- Adjust or crop the image if necessary.
- Click on the Save button to save your changes.
- Verify that your user picture has been successfully uploaded by checking your profile or avatar display.

Prefer Tabbed Browsing
- Enable the Prefer Tabbed Browsing option to start using dashboards as tabs.
- When enabled the Switch to Tab option under Insights Folders will be disabled.
Change Password
The Change Password feature in Infoveave allows you to update the existing passwords, ensuring that the data and personal information remain protected.
Steps to change your password
- Click on the Change Password.
- Enter your current or old password in the Old Password field.
- Enter your desired new password in the New Password field.
- Confirm your new password by entering it again in the Confirm Password field.
- Click on the Save button to save your new password.
- Once the change is successful, you will receive a success notification message.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Two-Factor Authentication feature in Infoveave offers a robust layer of security, reduces the risk of unauthorized access, and ensures that your interactions with the platform remain private and secure.
Steps to enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Install an authenticator app on your device, such as TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) or LastPass.
- Open the authenticator app and choose the option to add a new account or scan a QR code.
- In the Infoveave Profile settings, look for the option to enable two-factor authentication.
- Click on the Enable Two-Factor Authentication icon . You will see a QR code or a secret key provided by Infoveave.
- Open the authenticator app and scan the QR code or manually enter the provided secret key.
- The authenticator app will generate a unique one-time password (OTP) associated with your Infoveave account.
- Enter the generated OTP in the Enter the OTP field in the Infoveave settings.
- Click on the Validate button to activate two-factor authentication.
- Once enabled, you will receive the success notification.

Report A Bug
The Report a Bug feature in Infoveave allows you to contribute to the continuous improvement of Infoveave by reporting any issues, glitches, or unexpected behavior that you encounter.
Steps to report a bug in Infoveave
- Click on the Report A Bug icon on the bottom right corner of Infoveave.
- Fill in the required fields Select the appropriate bug report type. Provide a detailed description of the bug. Optionally attach relevant files/screenshot with the option Attach File and Take Screenshot respectively.
- Click on the Send Request button to send your bug report.
- The Infoveave support team will receive and analyze your bug report.
- If you have any questions or suggestions, you can use the Ask A Question or Suggest A New Feature options.
