Zoho connection helps Infoveave connect securely to your Zoho account and access business data from supported Zoho applications for reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation.

Adding a Zoho Connection

To create a new Zoho connection:

  1. Go to Administration > Connections
  2. Click New Connection and select Zoho from the list of available connectors
  3. In the New Zoho Connection form, provide the required configuration details

Connection Parameters

When setting up a Zoho connection, you need to provide the following details:

NameA unique name to identify your Zoho connection

After entering the Name, click Connect to Zoho. You will be redirected to Zoho’s authorization portal to approve Infoveave’s access.

Steps to Authenticate, Validate, and Save

  1. Click Connect to Zoho to authenticate your Zoho account
  2. Approve the authorization request on Zoho’s login screen
  3. Return to Infoveave after successful authentication
  4. Click Validate to verify the connection
  5. Upon successful validation, click Save to store the connection

With a Zoho connection configured, you can:

  • Access CRM, finance, marketing, or HR data from Zoho applications
  • Build dashboards for leads, sales, marketing, finance, or operations
  • Automate workflows triggered by Zoho data
  • Combine Zoho data with other Datasources for integrated analytics
  • Centralize reporting for multi-department Zoho applications
