Description

This activity generates and sends data reports based on user-defined configurations. It allows users to customize report parameters, recipients, and formatting before sending.

Configuration Fields

  • Report Type Type of report to be sent.
  • Reports Select the report based on the specified report type.
  • Recipients Email addresses of the recipients.
  • Cc Email addresses to be CC’d.
  • Date Range The date range for the report data.
  • Filters Additional filters to refine the report data.
  • File Type Format of the report file (e.g., PDF, CSV, Excel).
  • Separator Character used to separate values in the report.
  • Report As On Specific date for the report data.
  • Report As Pdf Option to save the report as a PDF.
  • Delete Report Config Option to remove the current report configuration.
  • Is Individual Report Enable to split the report data based on a specific dimension.
  • Use Address Book From Option to use an address book.
  • Address Book From Specify whether to use an address book from Infoveave or a datasource.
  • Map with Split the report data based on a specific dimension.
  • Selected Datasource Id For Address Book Choose a datasource for the address book.
  • Selected Dimension Id For AddressBook Choose a dimension for the address book.
  • Selected Email Column Id For AddressBook Select the email column for the address book.
  • Selected Filters For AddressBook Apply filters to refine address book data.
  • MapWithGroup Split the report data based on a specific address book group value.
